„My dumb stepdad is drowning in a submarine“ is a song by TikToker and musician „Ultragabe“. (The official title of the song is „My dumb Stepdad“ (Sink-182).)
Ultragabe created and released a song portion (as a snippet) on TikTok on June 22, 2023 as a satirical response to the tweets of the stepson of one of the victims of the Titan disaster in June 2023. On June 30, Ultragabe released the entire song on popular streaming platforms.

While the stepfather (Hamish Harding) was fearing for his life in the submarine Titan, the stepson (Brian Szasz) tweeted that it is probably possible distasteful to be at a Blink-182 concert now, but that his family would want him to be here (at the San Diego concert) now. Because music helps him in difficult times.
